However, We do offer PRE-ARRANGED delivery in Colombo & suburbs using THIRD PARTY delivery services like Pick me, Uber And other delivery partners time to time at our discretion

Cost of Delivery using Pick me or Uber is subject to distance, available fare type, available vehicle type, traffic on the roads…etc.

You can get an estimate delivery charge using their online apps with your address & our address set as Destination and pick up point. Kindly note that,it is just an estimate, and the actual fare might be different to that depends on above mentioned factors.

Prices of Cakes mentioned on this site do not include the costs of delivery.

We don’t deliver cakes outside Colombo at the moment. But you can always check with us to see if we can give any solutions to your delivery problem. Pls do so before placing the order.

Anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the goods will be taken to have been authorised to receive the goods by you. Make sure you give us

• • Correct Address as it appears on Google maps
• • Reachable contact number at the delivery address

Also make sure you have organize cash to be paid to the driver upon receiving the cake.
We instruct our third party delivery service to deliver a Cakes during the time period specified in the Dispatch Email, but any such delivery period is approximate only and we cannot guarantee that your Cake will arrive at any specific time. Time is not of the essence as to the delivery of a Cake and PACSL is not in any circumstances liable for any delay in delivery, however caused.

If our supply of a Cake is delayed by an event outside our control then we will endeavour to take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform PACSL ( Print-A-Cake Srilanka ) if an order does not arrive during expected time. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due time, we will lodge inquiries with the cab driver/company to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible
