Terms and conditions apply to users of this website. By using this site, you accept and agree to these terms. These are the Conditions on which we supply a Topper to you.

Please read carefully before you submit your Order to us. You are advised to read these Conditions every time you intend to make a purchase of a Topper. Each time you place an Order with us you must confirm acceptance of these Conditions. These Conditions tell you who we are, how we will provide a Printed Cake to you, how you and we may change or end the Contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.

Words such as "us", "we", "our" “PACSL” & "Print-A-Cake” refer to Print-A-Cake Srilanka., a company registered and established in Srilanka. Words such as "you" and "your" mean you, our customer, using our Website as completed by you when completing the Order.

TAX

All prices advertised are inclusive of TAXES.

ONLINE ORDERS ON SUNDAYS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

ALL orders placed after 3pm on Saturday and at any time on Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. ALL orders placed after 3pm on the day before poyaday and at any time of Poyaday will be processed on the following Working day. Cakes are not available to pick up or deliver on Sundays, Poyadays or any public holidays, that Print-A-Cake is closed.

If you have any doubts pls contact our team before placing the order.

We do not Deliver on Sundays or Public holidays unless alternative arrangements have been made prior.

NO CANCELLATIONS on PERSONALISED CAKE ORDERS

No Order for which we have issued a Order confirmation may be cancelled by you within the last 24 hours before pick up / delivery time as this Contract is a contract for the supply of goods that are clearly personalised; We customise Cakes to your specification

DESCRIPTIONS & IMAGES OF CAKES

All samples, drawings, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued by PACSL, including CAKES, and any descriptions or illustrations contained on our Website, catalogues, brochures, marketing or advertising, are issued or published for illustrative purposes only and you agree they do not form part of the Contract with you.

The images of Cakes on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a screen/device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of a Pirnted Cake. Your Cake Print may vary slightly from those images displayed on the Website.

Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, Confirmation, Dispatch Email, invoice or other document or information issued by PACSL (including on the Website) shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of PACSL .

PRICES AND THE COSTS OF DELIVERY

Costs of Delivery: The Price of a Cake does not include the costs of delivery.
The costs of delivery of Cakes to various locations must be communicated before placing the order.

Prices: All prices of Products shall be as stated in our Confirmation of your Order. All Cake prices are inclusive of packaging.

We take reasonable care to ensure that the price of the product advised to you is correct.
It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced.

We will normally check prices before accepting your Order so that, where the product's correct price at your Order date is less than our stated price at your Order date, we will charge the lower amount.

PAYMENT

All personalized cake orders need prior payment to confirm order. No Cash on Delivery service is available when purchasing any product displayed on this website.

Orders can be paid via secure payment gateway on this website, Via bank transfers or Cash in-store within the time given to pay for an order.

Credit Card Payments: Online payments for Cakes are processed directly by our third party payments processor, Webxpay and are subject to Webxpay’s terms and conditions which you agree to be bound by.

You warrant to us and to Webxpay that you are legally and fully entitled to use any credit card used by you for a purchase of the products and that such credit card is valid at the date of purchase and sufficient funds are available to cover any charges incurred by you. All card payments are subject to authorisation by the relevant card issuer.

During the purchasing process you will be asked to complete your payment details and all fields must be completed fully by you.

Payment shall not be deemed to be made until we have received cleared funds for the full amount of your Order We shall invoice you for the Cake at the time we send you the Confirmation

DELIVERY OF CAKES

Delivery charges set up in this website are around COLOMBO only. We don’t deliver cakes outside Colombo at the moment. But you can always check with us to see if we can give any solutions to your delivery problem. Pls do so before placing the order.

We deliver cakes using Pick-me Cabs and Uber eats. And other third party delivery partners time to time at our discretion.

Anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the goods will be taken to have been authorised to receive the goods by you.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address/phone details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Nor we are responsible for any delays occur

We instruct our third party delivery service to deliver a Cakes during the time period specified in the Dispatch Email, but any such delivery period is approximate only and we cannot guarantee that your Cake will arrive at any specific time.

Time is not of the essence as to the delivery of a Cake and PACSL is not in any circumstances liable for any delay in delivery, however caused.

If our supply of a Cake is delayed by an event outside our control then we will endeavour to take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.

WHAT IF MY ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform PACSL ( Print-A-Cake Srilanka ) if an order does not arrive during expected time. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due time, we will lodge inquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.

ONLINE PRICES

Prices are subject to change without notice. Sale prices are not to be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. PACLS does not price match any online competitor. This is because we are unable to verify the availability and comparability of products and the standards of service and support they are offered. However you can always be assured we strive to achieve quality products, competitive pricing and exceptional value for our customers.

While great care has been taken in the presentation of information on this site, including product descriptions and pricing, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. No representation is made and no responsibility accepted for reliance upon the information as being complete, accurate or up to date.

We advise you to make your own inquiries and satisfy yourself in all aspects to the products you are considering purchasing.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Despite our best intentions, sometimes the website will enable you to order a product that is out of stock. When this occurs, we will contact you to see if you would like us to place an order with the supplier or try to find a substitute item for you. If we cannot find a solution for you, we will happily organise a refund. We cannot reorder products that are clearance or discontinued items.

QUALITY & MAINTENANCE OF GOODS

At PACSL we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. It is important to remember, however, that most food items including cakes are perishable and may react to temperature conditions,

We recommend, if you are not familiar with the correct temperatures for these food types or specific produce, that you contact us for further information. Once delivery has occurred Quality and maintenance of the produce is your responsibility.

Any information that you submit is solely for the purpose of processing your order. Your details will not be sold, exchanged or disclosed unless required by law

Under no circumstances will PACSL be liable for any indirect, special and/or consequential damages or loss of profits whatsoever which result from any use or access of, or any inability to use or access, this Web Site.
